The Residencial Sénior Lua Nova has single rooms available, some with bathrooms, double rooms and triple rooms, all of them equipped with central heating, air conditioning, cable TV, articulated beds, anti-bedsore mattresses and call system.
As it is a building specifically structured for the purpose of welcoming the elderly, this residence has technical aids in the corridors and elevator services, in order to facilitate the movement of the elderly, promoting autonomy and avoiding traumatic falls.
The food is self-made, combining a tasty and diversified menu with the nutritional needs of the elderly.
The Lua Nova Senior Residential has a dynamic activity plan, provided by the sociocultural animator, present during working hours from Monday to Friday, which explores the various spaces dedicated to leisure and active aging of residents, namely the gym and the activity room.
Residents and visitors can make use of a cafeteria, internet and parking.
This residence also has a large outdoor space, which is used by residents for various activities or simply to get fresh air.
As optional services, the Residencial Sénior Lua Nova ensures residents easy access to a set of services, which allows them to maintain a careful and meticulous presentation, namely through the barber, hairdresser and manicure.
The residence also offers follow-up and laundry services, for those who wish to do so
